Please get back to us within 14 days of receipt of the product and we will share the return details with you at the earliest for the products. Your exchange or refunds will be processed only once we have made sure that the products are unused and in saleable condition.Products bought on sale cannot be returned for a refund, only exchanged as long as the other item that you want to buy is still in stock. 


  1. The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. 
  2. Send the unworn item(s) back to us, in the original packaging. 
  3. Once we have received and verified your returned item(s), we will process the refund. You will be notified by email that your item(s) have been received safely and that a refund will be actioned.
  4. Please allow up to 10 working days for dues being refunded to show up on your credit card statement.


We are happy to exchange your item as long as the other item that you want to buy is still in stock and is of the same value. Provided the item you want to exchange is available, Retro Days will dispatch the item to you once we receive the returned item, and provided the returned item is in its original condition. Please note, if you decide to exchanged an item(s), you will need to do so at your own cost. The exchange period of 14 days applies from the original order date, therefore it is in the customer’s interest to arrange an exchange quickly in order to remain within the returns period.
